Adega do Volcano Ameixâmbar White 2021

Produced from volcanic ash from the recent eruption of the Capelinhos volcano together with flagstones from Criação Velha on Pico Island, which gives it a unique balance. This wine was fermented and aged in cement for 4 months in a French oak wooden tunnel without toasting.
