Herdade Do Esporão Extra Virgin Olive Oil 75CL

The 2021 agricultural year was a rainy year. High temperatures during spring promoted an early economy and, consequently, an advance in change. There were high productions even in rainfed olive groves, which benefited from the availability of water in the soil. The harvest took place between October and December 2021.

The olives are transported, separated by variety and received at the Esporão mill, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, a few hours after harvesting and immediately processed. Extraction is done cold, never exceeding 27ºC.
