White Wine Lisboa Colares Chitas 2018

Colares Chitas Reserva White is a wine with a citrus color, a very interesting aroma as it has a note, but very positive developments, it is a complete white with notes of light resin and honey, all classic, but original.

The first big challenge begins with planting. This requires that, in the first phase, the sand be removed until clay soil is found, several meters deep, where the sticks are “nailed” (embedded in the clay to take root).

The vines grow horizontally, glued to the ground, in a wooden lace, and are protected from the influence of the sea through palisades of dry cane and loose stone walls.
